Dr. Michael Ellis Lang, Decorated by Japanese Emperor


Dr. Michael Ellis Lang (Moses Lake, WA), former director of Japan Agricultural Training Program, Big Bend Community College, was decorated by His Majesty the Emperor of Japan on this day of April 29th, 2012.

Dr. Lang received The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette in recognition of his contribution to the development of agriculture in japan, the development of Japanese youth, and the promotion of mutual understanding between Japan and the United States.
