On September 19th, a reception to facilitate the exchange of ideas between Washington state sister cities was held at the Consul General’s Official Residence.
Not only did members participate from various sister associations throughout Washington, but representatives from as far as Livingston, Montana were present to share their various approaches. Participants also had the opportunity to hear a presentation by the Japan-America Society that introduced the upcoming Grassroots Summit.
