ORIGAMI Magazine’s Launch Event at the Culture and Information Center

On November 2, ORIGAMI magazine’s launch event was held in the Culture and Information Center at the Consulate-General of Japan in Seattle. ORIGAMI is a periodical magazine disseminating information about Japanese culture in the English language.
The reception welcomed representatives of the state government and local media and was a great occasion to demonstrate traditional forms of Japanese culture such as tea ceremony and ikebana (flower arrangement).
The Consulate and its Culture and Information Center will continue to support the dissemination of information on Japanese culture through publications such as ORIGAMI.
