2026 New Year Reception at the Official Residence – 1/12/2026

On January 12, Consul General Iyori and Mrs. Iyori hosted a New Year and Housewarming Reception at the newly renovated Official Residence. Following welcome remarks by Consul General Iyori, New Year’s greetings were delivered by Ms. Phyllis Campbell, former Chair of the U.S.-Japan Council; Mr. Mike Flood, Vice President of the division-leading Seattle Seahawks; and Mr. Peter Tomozawa, CEO of Seattle FIFA World Cup 26. Guests then enjoyed osechi-ryori dishes prepared by Chef Koyama.
